# When and Where will the Ipê Village take place?

<mark style="background-color:orange;">**When: from April 22nd to May 22nd**</mark>

The pop-up city will officially launch on April 22, a day rich in symbolism as both Brazil's Discovery Day and Earth Day, running through May 22.

This period is ideal for global visitors, strategically positioned between two major international events: AIBC Americas (April 7–10) and WebSummit Rio (April 27–30).

**Florianópolis** city **Floripa**, "Silicon Island" or as we prefer “Island of Magic”, is Brazil's main tech hub with 3,000+ startups, a thriving ecosystem for AI and crypto, stunning beaches, and a top destination for digital nomads.
